Hi, everyone! As I write this it's pouring rain outside, not the most encouraging "spring is on its way weather." This month is all about challenges and pushing ourselves to do new things. We have set five challenges for you guys to choose from (not including our easter and one week challenges). They are listed below and are super fun! Try them and enjoy.
1. Exercise for 90 minutes every day for a week. Bike, run, play soccer, live.
2. Have your family go vegetarian for three days. 
3. Make a recipe book of vegetarian recipes and give it to someone you know that is an omnivore.
4. Don't watch TV for a week
5. Try a new food every day for two weeks
Try these in the season of spring!
